Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns.

However, we offer replacement only in case of damaged or defective products.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered by customer

  • Minor color or design variation


Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only if the product is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Send clear photo and video proof of the damaged product

  3. Share your Order ID

Proof must be sent via Email to:

Our team will verify the issue.

Once approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

No replacement requests will be accepted without proper photo/video proof.

Refund Policy (If Replacement Is Not Available)

Refunds will be provided only if replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered by customer

  • Minor differences in color, size, or appearance

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via:

  • UPI, or

  • Bank Transfer

Customer must provide correct refund details.
